Spirits conjures six legendary figures from New Orleans mythology: Lasher and the mysterious Mayfair Witches; the Rougarou, a shape-shifting creature of Cajun folklore; fortune tellers; voodoo priestess Marie Laveau; vampires; and the ancient Tree of Life. Through vivid visuals and melodic soundscapes, Spirits connects viewers to the city’s past, capturing the essence of its spectral legends and the enduring power of its cultural legacy.
